Easily the worst app on my phone.can’t log in,everything I type is an error,can’t reset password,my flights aren’t showing up,takes 5 minutes to receive emails,won’t accept my password that Ive saved & use frequently.
Worst ap in the industry
I would have thought Scoot / Singapore Airlines would have had it within their capability to design an ap that works. Well I thunk wrong. Tried repeatedly to pay and enter my credit card then my debit card details - all I got was a “your payment’s been declined” message. There’s something seriously wrong with this site. My credit cards got $40k sitting in it waiting to be spent. I rang a friend - he had the same problem. He said go elsewhere to book a flight. Seriously don’t waste your time on this ap. I hope Scoot flies planes better than they design their aps.
Easy and quick
Very easy to book and quick
Useless App
No flights searched when using the app even if there are results when searched in browser. Itinerary does not show automatically and also does not stay in the tab after entering manually.

Card Payment Problems
Unable to verify cards, I tried 10 times with 3 of my cards to have the payment completed. Terrible experience!
