App looks slick but system behind it is terrible. Confirmed bookings often don’t show. I have 3 confirmed bookings and within 1 hour it first showed 2 of them, then when I restarted the app to hopefully show the 3rd it only showed 1. Then I manually entered one of the missing flights and it magically showed all 3. Very clunky, unhelpful and disorganised. Flights will not allow check in (no reason given) and then an hour later will allow it (well within the 72 hour window), and the drop down Nationality menu needs sorting / clarifying; for example ‘British Subject’ and ‘UK’ are separate Nationality options, but are obviously both applicable to many people - if you choose British Subject near the top of the drop down list you get an Unknown Error. If a field is wrong why not be helpful and highlight the filed we need to review? Overall badly thought through and unhelpful. AirAsia App is much better organised.
Cannot log in and retrieve booking. Always show mobile MW key is not valid/supplied

This does not allow me to login using my Krisflyer info (but the Scoot website does). This also does not show any flight to any date, at any location. (then again, the website does) This app is useless!

Development is 'the must' right now. Do you job. I can't even type in the search box and the app just keep refresh itself.
I call today for assistance because I can’t upload my ticket to the Scoot App. The phone call was made approximately 17:25pm today, 15th of June 2022. The lady which picked up the phone was rude, unfriendly and not helpful at all. She just hang up the phone once I told her to change his unacceptable attitude. Just let me remind you I am a PPS CLUB SOLITAIRE member - 882 459 9305. Calling SQ to help me out works finally, which was very professional. If you want to reply to my complain, my E mail address is uploaded at your App. Have a nice day - Josef Sturm
