Cannot load my flights, always

註冊還要發四次OTP訊息，前三次都正確但都顯示錯誤，直到第四次才正常。App裡面都沒辦法輸入任何資訊，真的很爛

明明加購了航班免費更替，但申請更換航班卻要加收超過機票的價差費用。金額也不知道怎樣算出來的。

Can’t find my itinerary on the app but I can find on the web. Plz fix it asap!

明明在時限內輸入信箱驗證碼了，卻只一直顯示Invalid OTP，根本沒辦法辦會員登入使用

密碼設定規定一堆，弄得很難記，那好歹也給設個記住密碼或是生物辨識快速登入好嗎… 然後平常進去看一下票價都沒事，想買票登入帳號再看票價就一直系統錯誤！煩死了

Terrible app. Designed to make it difficult to enter info in the check -in process. The keyboard will not retrieve on the cell phone causing blocking next required fields. I was struggling in the “current flight “ tab. But luckily I clicked on “past flight” tab , I was able to go thru yo check in. This is wrong. I feel It is designed to get you frustrated and you have to pay $25 at the counter to check in. This is the hassle you deal with with air Asia too. You can’t use airasia app to check in , you have to go to their website to login yo check in. And I bet you don’t remember your password and you can’t login to your own account. You give up and pay at the counter. I thought to share my experience 😊

This app successfully labeled Taiwan as Taiwan, China for getting financial support from China. This shows scoot is not competitive and therefore may has safety concerns.
