Worst experience ever ! “unknown error” , forgets your logins , but not your booking. Doesn’t match with krysflyer account properly. Security sms system Doesnt work Spent a week trying to change my return flight booking. Very Bad !

This app is really worthless. It doesn’t have a boarding pass feature, the ‘mail your boarding pass’ option doesn’t work, and it spams you with commercial notifications.

You could’ve prompted user to relogin as soon as their previous session expired before checking new trips - It can be a little distracting if you have to relogin during the check out process, while sometimes you need to restart the booking again.

I booked the ticket with total fare SGD312 but you charged me SGD336

Generally works fine apart from when checking in. I spent 15mins adding details for the passport expiry field to not allow number input meaning I had to move to desktop to check in. Buggy input fields

Booked for a trip advanced and the process was easy and smooth with no issues.
