Rubbish user experience

Unable to login even I added OTP, and error showed and asked me to sign in again. It has been a loop forever and now I still cannot login to my account. It’s like not even ready to launch.

Lousy UX design

Check in Via App did not provide options to change/buy seats and no way to cancel check-in. So if you accidentally complete the check-in, you’re basically f’ed. Not to mention lousy, powerless customer service. Guess this is what one would expect from a low cost low budget low service airline.

Disappointing--- NOT an improvement at all

Completely agree with Poooonani's review. I too travel rather often, the app is unfriendly and does not offer more options on travelling dates, departure times and respective prices on opening page. Very poor！！！ They claimed this to be an improved version and users will love it... far from that ! Waiting for them to provide a REAL improved version with users in mind! Thank you

They “upgraded” it

It wasn’t too bad before and when they went onto this “temporary” v2.0 platform until the new one is ready, it became one of the worst booking app I’ve used. 1. You cannot choose seats or add on any options when booking the flights 2. Multiple errors when trying to pay result in all information fields going blank when you move between pages 3. Erased all my existing future bookings. Now I can’t track which dates I’ve flights for without going through my emails one by one. I fly at least 8 times a month and I sense they are really doing their best to lose a regular.
