FRAUD & Tech error and Useless customer help - (probable
Dear all, In sum: don’t recommend! Have been a victim of CRIME (either larceny, embezzlement or fraud). It is a CRIME! The use of dishonest methods to take something valuable from another person, it’s FRAUD. If not taking form of other criminal types. There was a technical error three times in a row with the placement of an order that was accepted and further paid. I.e, made unavailable in my account, even after claims, those repeated payments have not been reimbursed or compensated. I realize about the error by a mere chance which I followed up. Thought that with the reporting and identification of any irregularity the Customer Care would help solve. Moreover, for such a company, I was expecting that a real satisfactory outcome would be proposed and negotiated. Not only it was not, that I politely and in good faith asked to be redirected to the legal department. Which is a right and obligation and was not. Therefore, I understand individual support workers would have to follow internal policies, but those shall not prevail in face of legal obligations and rights. Being related to legal, unfortunately, I am aware of mistakes, errors, faults and reasonable cooperation in such context. Don’t wish to bring conflicts such as this nature are to my life, nonetheless, I wish to help future consumers BE AWARE of fraud. Considering the lack of action and good faith From the company, I have no reason not to try media and other similar means to alert general public and/ or consumers.
