bad application
the app itself is very bad and sllllooowwww and close all the time and sometimes i put products in my cart and suddenly disappear 🫠!

The app too slow
التطبيق سيء جداً
لما اسجل دخول، يوقف عند اعدادات التنبيهات وماعاد يفتح معي. كان يشتغل تمام قبل الان لكن ما اعرف ليش كذا واذا كانت المشكلة عندي انا فقط.
Many problems
The application logs out, and I cannot add a specific color of lipstick, and it deletes what is in the shopping cart And it's very slow
Fix the problem!
What’s wrong with the app? It used to work great for years even when it used to lag during the payment process! Now if there’s choices (colors/sizes) of a product, it will the change once you view your cart! If you choose red lipstick, it will apply as if you chose orange instead! And it’s not modifiable! Please fix it!
Programming issues
I couldn’t reach my wishlist neither my account, when I signed in it just keeps asking me about my details. The application doesn’t recognize users!

The app server is too slow and bad, I love Selfridges but I can’t stand how bad the app is. Please work on it
