Can’t place an order from the US
I am unable to place an order neither through this app or the website. I have tried 11 times using 5 different cards issued by 3 different banks. I have tried checking out using Visa, MC, Amex directly and via Apple Pay. I even tried PayPal on their website and that too got reversed right away. I know this seems obsessive but they have some items I want for the price I like. Its 2023 the payment technology should just work effortlessly.
Can shop internationally
It was my favorite shopping app but now I can’t shop internationally!!! Try to contact them and escalate my issue ti their IT department but no one contacted me or solve the problem
Take to long to load
The wishlist and the profile take to long to load the screene and sometimes doesn’t open at all!!
Support Arabic language
I want your app to support arabic language .
And the currency in Saudi riyal is why I would have to pay in euros or dollars and it's not my currency.
once again! I would like you to respect the Arab customers, especially the Saudis
Slow
It takes ages to load, freezes while opened, spent a lifetime waiting for ‘secure checkout’ to load
It just gets worse!
I cannot even log into account now. So many people are having problems with the app in the USA. I use to place orders all the time especially for my favorite Suqqu products. I have Global Shipping which I can’t use. Please fix the app! Jan. 5, 2023 App doesn’t add my GS Subscription. Also, still puts first item in shipping bag. Update in shopping bag doesn’t work if you try to put color you want. It just removes the item!
14-01-23. Please be aware the update did not correct shipping bag issues or global shipping. It only loads first item & if you try to change to correct item it totally removes & closes out. Update did not correct! My phone is up to date on all updates! HELP
App is awful
App used to be wonderful. Easy shopping experience. Now I can’t even log in to shop. I paid for global shipping and can’t use it. Website isn’t any better.
It’s not made for shopping
I have been having so many issues lately logging in, staying logged in, placing orders and accessing my wishlists. I haven’t been able to do any of these things for about 2 months. The app seems to have major glitches and doesn’t function properly. It’s no longer user friendly.
One of the best shopping apps!
I love Selfridges! I love that i can get deliveries abroad and that with their Selfridges plus, one can get free delivery all year long. As long as your app is updated regularly it works well! Easy to use! Would definitely recommend using it.
The app is a complete wreck
This used to be one of my favourite shopping apps.
The experience was seamless, following you favourite and getting your cart worked fine.
But for a few months now it became a complete mess.
- My cart always appears empty even though in my account I added items to my cart and can still see them from the web page.
- Favourite has the same issue, always show empty even though in reality it’s nearly full.
Now some of the updates are great, like the stock notifications (not sure they work though)
And the fact that price and to cart and out of stock appear in wish list.
Also I am not happy about items suddenly not shipping to specific country even though they used to the day before but that’s not the App it’s the commercial at Selfridges that needs to revise that
