horrible update

my account has been disabled. and there is no links to email or chats to get help at all. disappointing

app no longer works on ios

something happened in Q4-2022, whether it’s an updated ios version or changes made on the selfridges end, i have no idea. all i can say is the app on my phone has stopped working since then and customer service hasn’t been able to do anything aside from resetting my password which isn’t a solution. my profile is not captured, my wishlist cannot be updated, selected items get changed… it’s not acceptable. everything was previously working excellently for more than 2yrs despite various ios updates so it is very disappointing & puzzling that there’s been no improvement for 6months now. the website is fine, so this is clearly between the app and ios.

Stuck at the splash screen

The app is horrible, always stuck at the splash screen lol

The search function of the app is non existent

Impossible to type in what you wanna and search for it on this app … jammed and stuck almost every single time

Terrible app

Always stalls, and freezes. The UX is so bad it deters me from shopping. Fix it.

Unable to log in, also prompted to log in each time I open the app, wish list doesn’t sync. Very poorly functioning app and disappointing when other brands/shops have so much better apps. Really puts me off shopping with Selfridges.

Terrible returns process for international orders

Link to process returns doesn’t work on the app/ website. Customer services are slow and non responsive. Worst experience ever.

Worst customer service ever

I am a Selfridges + subscription. Only used for three to four months, account was disabled for no reason, before that I had placed more than 20 orders. Sent email to Customer Service, first reply was not to answer my query at all. Second reply was to ask my billing address to check. After that, already two weeks, no reply no matter how I push. I am now sending daily email, no reply……

Unstable app

The app prompts a login each time I open it, my wishlist disappears and the app abruptly closes. Extremely frustrating to use for browsing & shopping.

Fix the app!

I’ve always had good experiences with Selfridges and website. But for the past week, have been unable to make payments. Tried using various devices, browsers, bank credit cards and even PayPal, they just couldn’t process the payment. Emailed to Selfridges and they requested I call in to order the items. I refused to call in as I will incur IDD charges through no fault of mine. Fix the app!
