The app keeps on asking for version update
For the latest version update, I have already updated to to the latest version but everytime when start the app, error prompt immediately and ask for update the new version and link to apple store , but in apple store, there is only “open” button as it is already the latest one!
Login bug
There is still bug when logging in the account. Cant log in the account at all after the update
App feedback
This app hasn’t been functioning well for years. It always signs me out and it doesn’t load the wishlist even after I sign in back again.
The loading of products is slow too. Hope all these can be improved because I like shopping in selfridges.

Recent performance is annoying
I used to shop a lot through this app. But over the last two months, even when i login, it asked me to login it again after i browsed several pages… when you said on the login page that you only ask once…
And at the checkout page, i need to re input my delivery details again and agin
I tried to reinstall the app, it worked only once like previous experience. Then it all went wrong
Also, the inventory is not the same as desktop page.
Recent experience drove me back to desktop site for purchase. Somehow inconvenient
Mobile App Problems
1. Requires re-login very often
2. Missing wish lists
3. Unable to access to pages when clicking on the brand name listed on the item
4. Takes long time to load the pages

Cannot complete the order and delivery plus
I would like to purchase Delivery plus global by Selfridges app, but it’s not working, no response after clicking the button, please fix it and upgrade the app performance. I cannot complete my purchase since 3 weeks ago.

It keeps bounce back and wouldn’t allow to login in this recent 2 months, the wish list items are all gone..I have to use the desktop site instead of the apps, the experiences gone so wrong for my recent shoppings, please fix this and stop disappointing the plus subscribers..
Slow down
The apps is great but the wishlist isn’t working. It is not able to store the selected items. The brand searching is not working properly. It takes forever to load it or just stopped.
Is it not compatible with certain mobiles?
Tried deleting the apps and reinstalled, but it’s not really working fine as three months ago. Thanks
