¡Shopify Inbox es increíble! Le doy 5 estrellas de 5. Me encanta que se puedan enviar productos directamente en el chat, ver el carrito de compras del cliente, enviar descuentos y tener acceso a la información y acciones del usuario en la tienda. Además, es muy fácil de usar. ¡Una herramienta imprescindible para mejorar la experiencia de compra en línea!
It never works, I have to kill the app several time to be able to read and responde to messages.
We are small businesses, You Big. We pay you monthly usd $ 79 and usd $ 200-500, per transactions (done by computer and bots). Could It be an plus for your costumers? Big companies are bigger when they add worth to their clients. At first I began with shopify by their excellent costumers and service. Until that the issues we’re showing. If you have a problem with an App, they said it is third party, apologies we will be sending emails to them for that. If they take your money from your credit card, and they had a mistake with their app for software issues, we waste money. I used Kit app, and they spent all my credit card credit, usd$ 10000.00 the answer of Shopify, it is third party apps, which it is with them. My question is that I used Shopify recommendations. I never agreed with them. So one year ago my money is almost wasted. Last app that used Whatsapp Chat + Abandoned Cart in this case was only usd $4.99, download and delete this app in less than 24 hours. And same thing: “designed by a developer external to Shopify”. Ask myself , What are the rules and politics TO Shopify and Facebook, y other companies that dont solve ours problems
Es una excelente app para llevar la evolución del ecommerce en Shopify.
