Best Assistant for business owners
This app is my best friend, it helps me a lot and it’s very intelligent, saved my time . Thank you for developing such like this cool app.
Good app but WhatsApp addon is better
It is a good app but there are are some cons according to WhatsApp. I prefer using WhatsApp as a chat help. In Ping when user leaves the chat , and you are not online you loose the connection with the potential customer. But with WhatsApp u can connect customer anytime directly with his/her mobile number.
I tried Ping..
I tried Ping and very good app for messaging. But if you want to exchange photos with your customer... it is not possible I can see photos on my Facebook page while talking to my customer but so far there is no photo on Ping page ( I hope I didn’t miss it) Online business is mostly an exchange of photo traffic with your customer and I think I will not be able to use Ping only for messaging
Too many scammers
Can we add a way to block scammers immediately and report them so they can’t message anymore?
Shopify account will be kicked out
You can only sign in Shopify or Inbox, not both. It’s not reasonable.
