Non stop spam
I installed this on my new site not long ago and all I get through it is non stop spam from shopify marketing “experts” located in Nigeria and the USA. Close to 100 of them today alone.
I’m searching for a solution and seems to be very common. My only option might be to delete it.
So frustrating that shopify inbox is aware but does nothing.

Full of Nigerian people trying to scam you and send you the same exact messages 100 times a day

It is a very good app if you are selling something online!
Spam
Nice tool but getting so much spam. Would be nice to block all overseas ip addresses so at least I just have to deal with local spammers.
Too many unsolicited emails
I receive message after message after message from marketers, some transparent but most are annoying and time wasting and rude. Apparently shopify advises the marketers of new store openings.

Should be much easier to turn off and change settings
7 day window then message closed
Terrible can not contact my customer after a 7 day window it closes and customer can not receive my messages this has been a horrible experience for my business

I highly recommend this app! It’s a really great way for customers to reach out while they’re on the website , you can download the shopify inbox app as well and it keeps all the queries in one place. You can close queries and view them later if needed.
