Absolutely helps customers communicate
Just be warned that if you are a small company it becomes one more channel of communication to manage and the expectations of a quick reply. I can quickly become overwhelming if you are a one person business.

Impossible to manage multi stores from this inbox
We have 5 stores. How to connect those all at ones? Please file a request for building it. We as users have been asking for 5 years now. 🥱

Does not work with multiple shops
2023: still not fixed. Second review 2022 : still not fixed First review in 2021 If you have multiple stores, this app is useless as you cannot switch between them, and you only receive notifications of the the one you are logged into. I have 4 stores and miss continuously messages of my other 3 stores. I did not expect such lame follow up by shopify on such an important feature comment I made numerous times.

Erg handig, direct of indirect chatten/mailen met je klanten. Zo blijf je in goed contact!
Not stable and internal chat not handy
Crashes all the time. And when chatting with a customer you can not add a chat with colleague on message level.

Doesn’t work properly
Since last update old chats cannot be removed. Everytime when i try to remove them on my iphone xs the chats disappear. But come back after a second. Very annoying!
