Much improved
Constantly improving and a decent solution with ‘price override’ for when you negotiate a specific price with a customer. No need to work-out the discount amount, just enter the agreed price.
However, it’s not as flexible as at should be to keep pace with the way customers change their minds. For example, after entering shipping details you can’t edit the final cart screen before processing payment. Customers often want product changes (like size or colour) at that point. In fact, you can’t even add an order note or delivery instruction from that final screen which is another super common occurrence.
You have to remember to enter it after processing the payment which is not ideal. Customers change their minds or remember things near the end of the sale, a decent POS system should allow for the human factor.
Good app, wish the analytics date range was better
I wish the analytics would let me choose from a date range on the calendar rather than just yesterday or a week to date. That’s the pro version too. We only use on Saturday and I need to know how much we sold of each product, I have to do that on Sunday, won’t let me on Monday, which isn’t convenient. Other than that it’s good, much faster now with the offline feature.
Handy App just wish it would do rounding for cash sales
Have been using this app in NZ (we have 2 iPads at POS) generally great app, quick and reliable. My only gripe is that it does not do any rounding for cash sales, aside from that it works really well with the online store.

Very Handy App
I like this app, using it here in New Zealand for awhile, had lots of cash sales so this app is amazing, I can link my orders when I get home, I’m liking it a lot so far.
All new pos
The all new pos is SO BUGGY. Constantly having to delete the app and reload it which is AWESOME when you have customers waiting. The new gift voucher system that doesn’t show you the voucher number is a nightmare. I can’t believe we have to pay so much more for this.
Not liking the new version
Says one person is online all the time, none of the dots show up. Much harder to navigate with the new map. Shame. Older version much better
Updated pos
It’s proving to be a real problem and the support articles to trouble shoot aren’t helping. We are a busy bar and to update and then the printer stops working even after many attempts to re connect. A little stressful

I I have installed the new point of sale app and what we have found after buying new iPads that the search function seems very slow and stalls or in some cases does not work at all. My question is there a number maximum amount of products
