Mpos100 Does not work on Shopify POS
Spent a whole lot of money to get the Mpos100 to not work, having countless issues onsite at a client and Support Emails and help requests from Star Micronics and Shopify are not returned. This is extremely embarrassing to endure onsite in a client facing role, I won’t recommend Shopify POS with these existing technical issues with the MPOS All in One Unit. And that wasn’t enough everyday a a 401 error pops up and you can’t use The POS at all tried everything nothing seems to work
Easy
Love this technology you can literally have your store in your pocket and sell from anywhere!
Search is terrible
Search function is terrible. Auto log out after sale should be active otherwise you ring up your sale on someone else’s code. Product previews take 4 steps to get to an image. Adding customers details and shipping does not print on receipts. All said I think you have a lot of bugs to fix.
Frustrating
The app only opens to a black screen and nothing happens. What a waste.
Gets The Job Done
This app does exactly what it says, but it requires too many action from me. Okay this, okay that. No one has time for a fussy UI in a fast-paced retail environment.
