Great app for online+retail physical store
The app is easy to use for all my staff. You can do individual item discounts as well as for the entire order. You can assign customers to each order afterwards if you forgot to during checkout. You can track the customer and their previous orders easily, assign tags to each customer in app too for easier grouping.
One thing that this app is missing is that my shop staff can’t arrange or submit any stock transfer using Shopify POS. My staff have to manually communicate with office staff which leaves room for human error/miscommunication for things they need to restock my shops.
Pls fix it ASAP
After update iPadOS 14.0 Shopify POS was always shut down

Great app, few extra features need update
Great app overall. Sun seamlessly with Shopify store. No lag. Discount per item or selected items option would be great. Also to be able to process returns less confusing to avoid staff errors would be so helpful. I can’t even grasp returns so I’m hesitant to let staff use it yet to avoid mistakes.
Really happy with this system though in general.
there is a bug for iphone X
when i wanna set a discount for a customer, there is a bug that i can’t press the tick and cancel buttons.
