Während einer Miete im frostigen Dezember musste ich zuerst feststellen, daß es keinen Eiskratzer gab um die Scheiben von Eis zu befreien. Im weiteren Verlauf konnte auch das Scheibenwischwasser nicht genutzt werden was gefährlich war da die Scheiben durch Spritzwasser sehr schmierig wurden was die Durchsicht behinderte.
Nur in Kombination mit einer Rechtschutzversicherung
SIXT hat den Versuch unternommen, mir einen fremdverschuldeten Schaden anzulasten und forderte eine Selbstbeteiligung i.H.v. 975€ für einen ca. Fingernagel-großen Schaden am Stoßfänger. Jedenfalls konnte ich die Forderung aus eigener Kraft (zweimalige Stellungnahme) nicht abwenden. Nachdem ein einfacher Widerspruch (ohne weitere Begründung) seitens eines RA eingereicht wurde, ließ SIXT umgehend von der Forderung ab

Works really smooth
Auffuellen von Scheibenwaschwasser
.... das mit dem Auffüllen des Scheibenwaschwassers müsst ihr aber noch üben und verbessern. Bei meinem letzten Sixt Mietwagen vergangene Woche war das nicht der Fall, komplett leer...schoenes Geschmiere und kaum Durchblick!
Geschäftsgebiet erst nach Miete sichtbar
Gute App. Aber das Geschäftsgebiet wird einem erst angezeigt, wenn man ein Auto gemietet hat, vorher sehe ich nichts…das ist echt ungünstig.
Funktioniert nicht
Auto Abo lädt und lädt und zeigt nichts an. Charge zeigt keine Ladestationen in der Karte an. So nicht nutzbar.
App ist vergesslich
Seit der letzten Version muss ich mich jedes Mal wenn ich die App nutzen will neu anmelden. Das nervt ungemein.
Wenn Sie über die App buchen, werden Ihre Optionen nur eingeschränkt.
Die App funktioniert super. Aber selbst wenn Sie ein Auto buchen, heißt das nicht, dass Sie nicht das 1,76-fache mehr bezahlen müssen, als Sie bereits im Antrag bezahlt haben. da sie das von Ihnen bestellte und im Voraus bezahlte Auto nicht hatten. Gleichzeitig kostet eine Stornierung auch viel Geld.
Schaden Rechnung
Ich habe eine Rechnung in höhe von 950€ für einen Schaden, was ich nicht verursacht hatte. Ich habe angerufen und mich dazu geäußert, dann wurde mir Angeboten die Rechnung auf 50% zu reduzieren, was eigentlich gut ist wenn man einen Schaden macht. In dem Fall was das nicht so und den Schaden ist mir unbekannt. Ich habe seit dem die App gelöscht und nutze Sixt gar nicht mehr. Ich war jahren lang sehr zufrieden bis zu diesem Tag. Ich würde empfehlen keine Autos bei Sixt zu Mieten, wenn ihr sicher sein wollt. Danke Sixt für die Tolle Erlebnis.
