They don’t care

Unless skip on

Canada

Skip will legit take your money and when the food shows up cold and hours late only offer a 50% refund, not including taxes and delivery fee so on a $33 order you’ll receive $13 back and have to throw out the food that’s been made an sitting in a bag for over an hour.

Driver tells me to meet him in the lobby

I tip well because I appreciate that people have to make a living, but when the driver doesn’t even try to follow my clear instructions, and customer service doesn’t care, I won’t use your service anymore. Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service

This company has the rudest customer service reps I’ve ever encountered. After reaching out due to an error in my order they refused to rectify the issue. When I asked to speak to higher management apparently they don’t have any??? Anyways I’m done with them I’m not giving my money away to people who don’t care about the customers.

Missing order

Skip doesn't give a rip. Tech support was brutal. Cut off communication and I'm missing food. Thanks for the refund but where's my food? Door dash is much better

Awesome Food - always hot, fresh and flavourful.

No customer service

The skip courier messaged me they arrived with my order, but they weren’t at either the front or back door of my apartment. I asked where they were and they said the front door, when I got to the front door they said they were now at the back door. When I got to the back door, they weren’t there and shut down the chat so I couldn’t contact them anymore. I received a text from skip saying my courier had dropped off my order at my contactless delivery point. My delivery wasn’t anywhere and I had specifically asked them in the instructions to call me when they arrived at my apartment. I tried to get a refund and received an email saying my request was reviewed and denied. Skip told me to read their terms and conditions, where is says that Skip does not take responsibility for missing or late orders. What the heck?! That’s their whole responsibility!! To deliver orders!! I’m deleting the app and will not be using Skip anymore.

Extremely bad customer service

hawas101 on

They keep on messing up orders. Happened to a lot of times. They do not inquire about the order with the restaurant. My order was again missing items. For which I talked to the restaurant and they told me they missed one bag by mistake and I can ask for refund from skip. I asked for refund and skip did not refund. I don’t drive so have to be dependent on these apps but not anymore. I won’t be using this app anymore. Upon talking to one of the agents, they said they are unable to refund of the items as we have had order issues before as well. They simply blame the customer for everything instead of investigating from the restaurant itself or the driver. They do not take responsibility for messed up order. I asked if they talked to the restaurant and they said they did not. And told me that they would have to end the chat since they can not refund. Extremely disappointing customer service.
