Use your Apple Watch to AUTOMATICALLY track your sleep!
Sleep++ takes advantage of the motion and health monitoring capabilities of your Apple Watch to measure both the duration and quality of your sleep. The better you understand how well you are sleeping the more you are able to make changes in your routines to benefit your rest.
My goal is to provide every Apple Watch owner with a free automatic sleep tracker that is simple and clear to understand. For each night you get a straightforward report of how long you slept and how restful you were during the night.
AUTOMATIC MODE:
Simply wear your Apple Watch overnight and each morning Sleep++ will analyze your sleep and give you a report about how long and restfully you slept.
MANUAL MODE:
If you want to have more precise control over the start/end time of each night recorded you can also use manual sleep tracking. This is also useful if your nightly routine makes it difficult for Sleep++ to determine when you went to bed.
1) Wear your Apple Watch while you sleep.
2) Tell Sleep++ when you start sleeping.
3) Tell Sleep++ when you wake up.
NOTES:
Sleep++ integrates with the Health App providing you a safe and private way to share your activity data with Sleep++. This data is used for automatic sleep tracking. You can also optionally have Sleep++ save your Sleep Analysis into your Health database after each night.

Love it. Love checking my stats every morning. This app gathers more info than Apple Health. With sleep states, bpm, resting, HRV, breathing and blood oxygen if your watch supports it. Automatic tracking makes it a download and forget option as well if you prefer that.
NEVER EVER 24 hrs
This app will Never get 24 hrs. Have been asking for years. The summary graph shows 12 hrs, as all other pages has 24. Stupid.
Better than the native app, much worse than other devices
This app is indeed better than the native option apple gives.
However the main problem with sleep tracking it seems to be the Apple Watch itself. I have been using Fitbit for a year and when I switched to Apple Watch series 6 I was shocked on how awful it is in tracking my sleep. It is so inaccurate, that it can’t capture sleep even when I wake up in the middle of the night to drink some water. It something I remember the next day, but the app didn’t manage to get it.
Sleep tight!
Smart, easy to use app for sleep tracking.
Hmmm...
Doesn't sync
The app says it will sync with the health-kit app, but it doesn't. It also count the minutes before you fall asleep as sleep. Not doing what it's suppose to do. I am used to fitbit, and this was a real dissapointment after that..
Good app
Works great, maybe a bit light on features but that will come with time.
Nahhhh
Wow! Simplest app ever. I have Apple Watch and I have to tell the app when I start sleep and stop sleeping. And that's about it. No analysis or nothing it looks like some kind of analysis but I have been using it for a few days nothing and I have been up at night without this app seeing that so people stay away this is a rip off
