Use your Apple Watch to AUTOMATICALLY track your sleep!
Sleep++ takes advantage of the motion and health monitoring capabilities of your Apple Watch to measure both the duration and quality of your sleep. The better you understand how well you are sleeping the more you are able to make changes in your routines to benefit your rest.
My goal is to provide every Apple Watch owner with a free automatic sleep tracker that is simple and clear to understand. For each night you get a straightforward report of how long you slept and how restful you were during the night.
AUTOMATIC MODE:
Simply wear your Apple Watch overnight and each morning Sleep++ will analyze your sleep and give you a report about how long and restfully you slept.
MANUAL MODE:
If you want to have more precise control over the start/end time of each night recorded you can also use manual sleep tracking. This is also useful if your nightly routine makes it difficult for Sleep++ to determine when you went to bed.
1) Wear your Apple Watch while you sleep.
2) Tell Sleep++ when you start sleeping.
3) Tell Sleep++ when you wake up.
NOTES:
Sleep++ integrates with the Health App providing you a safe and private way to share your activity data with Sleep++. This data is used for automatic sleep tracking. You can also optionally have Sleep++ save your Sleep Analysis into your Health database after each night.

I love your app. It’s like one of my top health apps. Great job!!!!!!!
It’s great that it’s currently free and I’m going to pay for the app.
Big question… bug? On something I’m doing?
*** On some nights I get the basic data without the REM, deep, etc. newer data, other nights it’s it gives me the detailed info. Why?
Any way to “force” the advance analysis on those days that the basic data is just displayed?
I thought I had noticed the pattern that if I did not look at Sleep++ data for about an hour after I awakened, I’d get the advanced analysis, …almost like the app needed time to figure out I was awake and give me the advance analysis display. However, I think I was wrong. Tried that this morning and still got the basic. 🙈
So, help? Even the basic info is accurate for me and nice to have, but I really prefer having more advanced than analysis regarding my sleep stages. You are a great intuitive developer, ignore some of the negative comments. the app is great even compared to some of the subscription apps. If I can figure out how to solve that one bug or figure out what I’m doing wrong it’s a five star app for sure.
Thanks!
Disappointing
Initially,I could depend on accuracy in reporting how long and how well I slept each night. Now however, for some inexplicable reason , the app adds in my time awake !
So, if I’m awake from 2:32 am till 4am it’s included in hours sleeping For what purposes I have no idea.
Why the change?!
No more what it was
For whatever reason, stopped recording last April… and App is freezing while trying to dig in… Not going to look further, others App are working fine and improving. Bye bye
Double data
Seems there’s a glitch were one night is recorded as two nights. Why is it glitching like this. I’ve had this app for over a year and it just started doing this.
Not even close
I used to think this app was “ok”. Until i tried a few others. I quickly realized its not even close to accurate, generally giving me around 25% more sleep than reality.
Problem
When first started using. Worked great. Now doesn’t record sleep info correctly. Days I was sleeping when I wasn’t. Not tracking my breathing either
Altay Birand
Used to be good Now it shows the same day 3 times sometimes and day hours that I am wide awake as spud asleep?
Still a quirk
Love the app BUT. Most days it does show “sleep stage”. But are a day or two during the week where it says “user” or “automatic”. The previous night won’t show and I have to add the sleep info. Which gives me “user”. I don’t change any settings, it just happens. I’ve uninstall an reinstalled.
Why
It stopped working. It keeps saying I’m not wearing my watch but I wear it every night. Yes, it is charged.
Includes Awake Time???
“Sleep Track” graph and Trend data includes your awake time as part of the sleep result. It doesn’t make sense to include awake time. The graphs and data should include only the Core, Deep and Rem sleep modes. At my age (78) why would my being awake at 3am for and hour be included as part of “sleep”? Ditto for the 2 or 3 or more pit stops.
