Use your Apple Watch to AUTOMATICALLY track your sleep!
Sleep++ takes advantage of the motion and health monitoring capabilities of your Apple Watch to measure both the duration and quality of your sleep. The better you understand how well you are sleeping the more you are able to make changes in your routines to benefit your rest.
My goal is to provide every Apple Watch owner with a free automatic sleep tracker that is simple and clear to understand. For each night you get a straightforward report of how long you slept and how restful you were during the night.
AUTOMATIC MODE:
Simply wear your Apple Watch overnight and each morning Sleep++ will analyze your sleep and give you a report about how long and restfully you slept.
MANUAL MODE:
If you want to have more precise control over the start/end time of each night recorded you can also use manual sleep tracking. This is also useful if your nightly routine makes it difficult for Sleep++ to determine when you went to bed.
1) Wear your Apple Watch while you sleep.
2) Tell Sleep++ when you start sleeping.
3) Tell Sleep++ when you wake up.
NOTES:
Sleep++ integrates with the Health App providing you a safe and private way to share your activity data with Sleep++. This data is used for automatic sleep tracking. You can also optionally have Sleep++ save your Sleep Analysis into your Health database after each night.

App meets expectations
App works for free and delivers rapid access to general stats about sleep (duration and quality). Accuracy based on Apple Watch seems just fine ! Good job!
Takich aplikacji nam trzeba! Na podstawie Apple Watch daje dokładny pomiar i szybki prosty dostęp do statystyk długości i jakości snu.
Some of the nights missing from readiness score
Well yeah, thats annoying. Would be glad to have it fixed. Wore the watch all the same but the some nights just don’t show up on the readiness screen no matter what I. Al health preference see to be intact, latest version of everything.

Aplikacja super, ale bardzo brakuje języka polskiego.
Some issues
Something is not right. I’ve two start night dots on same day, and there are couple of that errors in recent days.

Works perfectly with Apple Watch. A big plus for the fact that it is the full free version. After a few weeks I realized that there are COOL statistics. Definitely statistics are hidden for users, my wife did not discover this feature at all:P

miałem bezsenne 2 godziny w ciągu nocy bez wstawania z łóżka. apka pokazała ze śpię i jeszcze pokazała jskość snu. słabo, do poprawki.——-I had sleepless 2 hours during the night without getting out of bed. the app showed that I was sleeping and yet showed the sleepiness. weakly, to patch.

Tryb automatyczny działa dobrze, wykresy są akuratne, mogę polecić. Szlifu jedynie ewentualnie wymaga szata graficzna, lub jeszcze jakieś dodatkowe informacje np. puls itp. Można polecić.

Very good app!
I use it for a few days with my iWatch and it’s very nice. Easy to use and seems to collect all data as it should be. I would give it one more start if
a) it had some more data to correlate with sleeping cycles. Hearth rate is available from iWatch and combining these two metrics would give some more information, now I need to use another app to check hearth rate during sleep.
b) it would report in-bed and asleep phases correctly to iWatch Health app
I would even pay for $1-2 for this app if it would do above.
