I've been using this app for a few months. It does what it says...with statistics to prove it and helps me make my sleep pattern a lot regular (I need that with the irregular shifts I do)
I have been using Sleepcycle for the last 18 months and it's brilliant. It gives me detailed data for each night ( to answer questions like why do I feel tired despite sleeping 9 hrs, when in the night did our daughter sneek into our bedroom etc), as well as statistics, overview and trends over time. Very recommendable.
This thing is incredible, I'm never going back to my old ways. Waking up is much easier, seriously. Also, my inner data nerd gets a kick out of collecting data on sleep duration and sleep quality.
