Yup, again I have been ripped off as a feature I had once paid for has been removed and had to be paid for again. Years of sleep notes removed and stolen data as the greed of the developers knows no ends. A once in a lifetime payment has turned into a reduction offer for a subscription with all the features I once enjoyed stolen and removed to be paid for again. I hope karma does to the devs family and children as the devs have done to me.
I opened the app but it is saying I have to get a free trial and there is no X button
I downloaded the app and made an account hoping to fix my sleep problems, however it popped up with a “free trial” that I could now get off the screen.
Used to be a free feature now it’s paid. Guess I’ll stop using the app now.
Can’t find any documentation to help troubleshoot.
Everything is good so far and i've just made my acc, now I have a huge problem. Please don't make me need to sign up to this “free trial” I don't want it and Apparently I need to sign up to get into the app. My parents have put a restriction on my phone so I cant sign up or purchase anything without them both accepting on their phones, my mum is away and has not picked up her phone which means I cannot get into the app?! So I cannot use the app which I really wanted to use, not a great first impression 🤦♀️😡.
When you get this app it’s an auto subscription, you have 2 free weeks and then it auto subscribes you with no notification or prompt. I missed the 2 week date by one day and I’m now 35 quid down and have the app for a year. It’s also a poor app. I’ll probably delete it . Waste of money. Total con.

I like Sleep cycle as a tool of life. My only criticism is I find some of it very difficult to navigate. Including understanding how payments work through a third party I have no control over - it may be me though that’s the problem - not tech savvy enough at all.
As someone with a mood disorder, sleep is vital to my continued recovery. I find this app such a huge help as I use it to monitor my own fatigue, mood and sleep patterns. This information also helps me make more informed choices when I meet with my Doctor to discuss my continued treatment plan too. Highly recommended ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
