Can’t even login with an email link…
Everytime I open the app to pay off my bills it forgets my details & I have to set up my bill payments all over again ever time. It’s been this way for over a year now, SOMEOME do something already.
Not a five star app but it works. It is frustrating that you have to log in and use two factor verification every time just to see how much data you have left. The interface would be better if it showed data left against the time left. That said - the app does actually open (unlike one of the other networks that I shall refrain from naming).
Network and data down every 2 months for 1 whole day in 2 months or even often.Upossible to contact customer they replying back in 3-5 days.Cheap but not reliable network provider
Having enabled FaceID, the app still requires my username and password to log-in
The app can’t find my account, or my password. NO NO THEY COULD FIND MY PASSWORD LONG ENOUGH TO TAKE A PAYMENT (which has now become Un findable) They blame it on me or the bank. Ask the same questions over and over with the same results. “We can’t find it , are you SURE?” “Is this the right email address?” Etc etc Customer service just awful, they apologise in the right places but I am going to spend days chasing my money as I won’t let them pinch it. It’s CHEAP FOR A REASON.
4G coverage is 1 or two bars at best in my area and has been for at least 3 years according to my family who live adjacent How can 5G possible work here when it will be using the same cell towers? Area code is CH63 9FP
All in all a good app that’s shows your usage. However, every day it keeps logging me out and I have to log back in? Why can’t it stay logged in?
My speeds are around 200gbps and amazing customer service and prices. All I want now is ESIM!
