App is great but begging every-time to pay for upgrade
Review on 2 parts - Free and Paid Paid Version No annoying upgrade messages. The community access is great and tips secure with robo coach experimental feature was fun. I use it to track progress and health progress is good to see! I haven’t used all features as yet but so far using the journal and notes section has been great. Free Version The free app features are great and all works but the constant pop-ups and prompts to upgrade ruins the experience. There is a difference between being polite and suggesting something v/s being shown paid version offers every time on your face. My suggestion would be to offer a cleaner version of free app than having to follow multiple prompts to only find a pay wall at the end.
This app works!
I quit smoking in June 2020 by downloading this app. I have no smoked since - over 4 years later. The app sends you motivational messages which are really helpful and also has functions to distract you when you have cravings. The best part of the app is how it tells you the health benefits after 1 week, 1 month, etc. You can do it !
