٣ شهور بدون تدخين!!!
اليوم اكملت ثلاث شهور بدون دخان، نصيحة ابتعد عن اي عادة مرتبطة بالتدخين من ضمنها: وجود الطفايات، اماكن اعتدت التدخين عليها، اماكن تواجد اخوياك المدخنين خصوصاً اول اسبوعين، امنع التدخين بالسيارة، مارس المشي الطويل جداً ويفضل مع شخص غير مدخن او لحالك، اهتم بالاكل الصحي وتشجيع نفسك عن طريق التطبيق وطبق الي يقولونه بالملي
Best app to help you quit Smoking
I usually don’t write reviews, but this app helped me to quit smoking. I would like to thank the developers. One small suggestion do a planned notifications system to notify and courage the user to quit. And these notifications times can be adjusted. Ex in the morning notify the the user with the progress it’s been made and some motivational words 😃 Thank you!
