While the first week of quitting doesn’t require any app, it was about self control. Post that this app is completely effective, every time I have a craving I just come to the app, check the stats and I feel good and great about it. Another way to get the dopamine going :)

rating this because the app really did help me keep up not smoking. especially for people who like to see their progress in some form of stats. i smoked 30 days in and i didnt a second time because i didnt want to break my streak again. im now over 4 months smoke free
