It’s a great app by all means

An app that helps you stop bad habits, is great, full stop. Yet I found the Smoke Free app to be even more than just great, because I’ve encountered great service from the technical support, it comes with a very friendly, realistic and pleasant Facebook smoke free community group, it’s really great all around, thank you for helping me becoming a better person.

I’m just over 1.5months in and Smoke Free has been a great help. After a while I find the strongest thing for me is the dashboard UI to remind me how my health is improving and motivation to stick with it. The “coach” chatbot is actually quite smooth and was amusing for a while.

Completei uma semana sem fumar, apenas com a ajuda deste aplicativo. Estou muito feliz! Vida nova! Já fiquei dois anos sem fumar na primeira vez que parei (sem o app), mas acredito que dessa vez, estou mais focada. A parte mais legal além das dicas e incentivos é ver a melhora na saúde (pelo app) e poder sentir isso também, em tempo real. É tão bom sentir o sabor de viver sem cigarro!
