I have used this app 2ce before. U may think that’s not a good advert, but it is. My addiction is high and every few years i start again. I find the science, the systems, the supports in this app are extremely effective. A week ago I started after a 3year quit period. I am downloading the app now, before I go to far, because I have no doubt that I will get what I need out of this app. My thanks to the developers and the community.

Initially it’s your yourself who has to make the decision but this app really helped to keep going by seeing how I've come. I’m on 7 weeks and have no more cravings and can’t believe how fast the time has gone. This app makes you proud of yourself and by logging your cravings you see how much you have progressed.
