1. Cannot see any seating plan 2. Don’t know if our seats are together 3. No one available on the online chat 4. Delta says that I need to visit KLM to book check in luggage. 5. KLM says that I need to visit Delta to book check in luggage.
Kept pushing me to a web experience for check in, and then you can’t click back as it dumps you out. Asking for the same info repeatedly and slow.
When entering credit card details, year for 2028 is missing, there are two options for 2026 - I need to use website to check in baggage because of this. This issue has existed for at least 5 days
This app won’t accept my details as a British person to get an extra bag which is awkward as I flew to SLC Utah to ski
For a phone UI, it is terrible to have to scroll >10 times to reach the countries near the end of the alphabetical list. It is unforgivable with passport entry to have to do this 3 times, and for each person in the group!! How about allowing us to type/select country, and to provide already entered country as an early option in the dropdown.
I wanted to pay but you have to provide a phone number. The UI does not accommodate mobile numbers as they don’t have area codes (well not in the UK. Not sure about the USA!). It took me ages to work it out.
Can’t check in using the app,also very slow to load and navigate
Tried to pay for baggage while checking in. Couldn’t use my credit card as the expiry date is in 2027. The drop down menu for expiry years goes 2025, 2026, 2026, 2029. And you can’t manually overwrite the years.
Well having tried several time to download my boarding passes to apple wallet, keep getting an error message, this needs sorting out admin.
Could not allocate seats online on the return flight to JFK so caused stress as we had a connecting flight so we’re unsure we would get in although paid for weeks in advance…..less stress please
