The App sent me round I’m circles when trying to check in for my flight from Dublin to Charlotte. My US location of residence was requested but each time I entered it, the app deleted my details and would not let me proceed. No error message or instructions for correction were given. The only help option available was the chat function. This was laughably bad and of zero assistance.
Had a flight from New York to Cancun and was forced to check in my bag even though it was under the weight limit because it looked a little big. Next time I got my bag all it’s valuables was taken, precious gifts and jewellery now they won’t even reply to my email. It’s a joke of an airline
Does not accept any form of payment from a non-US address, either credit or debit card. This includes Amex. Basically useless as you can’t even prepay checked luggage. Obviously AA aren’t interested in international customers.
This was the coldest ever flight I took today from a warm Miami The temperature in the plane was faulty I think Everyone had to wear thick coats and hats and blankets to keep warm I certainly won’t be wanting to fly with AA after that poor experience very uncomfortable flight Thank you Gareth Davies A regular flyer
Couldn’t register couldn’t find my reservation. Deleted. On the registration page, it wasn’t renderings right on iPhone 11 latest OS. Pressed submit to finish registration, didn’t do anything. Checked so the fields and they all looked good. Still couldn’t submit. No error or warning messages. Tried entering all again. Just didn’t work. Then couldn’t find my reservation even though the same details worked on the BA leg of the same trip in their app.
Wouldn’t let me check in. Wouldn’t let me enter my passport details. Wouldn’t let me enter the address of where I was staying in the US.
There is a bug and it won’t display bookings in the widget properly. Come on American
All attempts to book online to LGA and JFK failed; despite input the correct airport the destination changes!!
Probably the best airline app I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. Absolutely brilliant!
App displays flights in a confusing way, get this fixed, as it’s terrible to understand.
