Poor customer service and expensive to play.
I have notified the Customer Service team about a problem in December and I am still waiting for it to be resolved. Really disappointing service.

Lots of Harsh comments
I’ve seen these reviews and I really don’t understand why they don’t like it. The game is very addictive and fun.
Very toxic
Very addictive but ultimately just click watching with no skill involved. Incredibly toxic behaviour and language from more experienced long term players bordering online bullying of anyone new. Even after 100s hours. Avoid save your time and money
Missing prizes
I am going to put my complain here, seems I may actually get a response. Worth a try. You do not pay players for the artifact event on daily. I complete by swapping temp disruptors to temp remnants… and this perhaps the 5th this has happened and you have never paid out. Please look into this and give everyone on server 125 compensation so we don’t have to all send a complaint. Thanks.
Pay to win bullies only
Numerous complaints to scopely about wallet warriors ruining the game for other players and the best they can do is say that’s how some people play. Game is set up so that if you don’t spend £1000s you can be bullied to the point that you can’t play at all and scopely are totally happy with it, because the people doing the bullying are those who spend the money. Just don’t get involved. Lies from scopely staff saying bullying and harassment aren’t permitted but if you complain you are told they are part of the game experience. Absolute garbage from a lowest of the low money grabbing lying company, just don’t play it

Don’t bother
Shocking support manned by people who don’t care. It’s fine if you have loads of money and aren’t worried about spending it. Otherwise you’re going to struggle keeping up .
Terrible
Terrible game. Constantly crashes. Deleted it after having to restart it for the 5th time.
