I get stuck on the second screen…
Worst kind of p2w
Endless grinding for normal progress + endless spending. The more you spend the better you are, no way skill will make you win someone who paid more, you will run out of resources while his ego gets inflated cause he spent thousands of dollars.

Got attacked and lost nearly everything over night
Just as a heads up, you don’t automatically get a peace shield if your station gets destroyed, meaning you could lose everything unless you are awake

Tried to erase my game data and the customer service is constantly avoiding it.

It’s a good game, but full of bugs, you can spend so much time gathering resources, only to find that because of bugs someone took it from you.
