My game just went wack.

So my ships got bugged out, they kept on getting stuck at my base, and after I had to reset SEVERAL times, I got sent all the way back to the beginning! Please just fix this issue!

Scopely Made this a Pay2Win game

A very good game with nice mechanics and graphics but Scopely made this game impossible if you don’t invest real money to level up unless you’re very (and I say EXTREMELY) dedicated in grinding and farming 24/7. For Apple owners, there’s a 20% cost increase for IAP which makes it even more frustrating as it is. Trust me this game can be both addictive and frustrating at the same time with pay2win players bullying other players in an attempt to make it difficult to play. It’s a very hostile environment.

Scopely allowed whale to break rules

In server 192, a whale was allowed to have 2 amalgam ships (when the limit clearly says 1 per player), and allowed this player to raise his faction rep from 150mil points to 4.4bil points in less than 2 months? Despite complaints, no action.

MONEY IS EVERYTHING in this game

Have been playing this game for almost a year. Seeing money pouring players make the game ‘unenjoyable’ to play day by day. If u want a free to play game this is indeed not the game for u. Developers are not interested in the insane imbalance between the strong n the weak as long as the whales are buying the packs. From the normal events to Territory Capture challenge all in the favor of the paymasters. Glitches and lags are a NORM. Bullies and profanities are allowed. Be warned!

Login issues

After installation, I keep getting stuck at the login page (the one with Spock), it keeps retrying. Really bad impression coming from such a big title like this

Unable to load at 82%

Hi developer, i am unable to load the game. It stop at 82% and cannot load beyond this point.

Edited. So, i fixed some of my problem (game crashes every 10 minutes) by visiting STFC discord channel. It was very helpful. But, since the beginning of my experience on this game, it already has some graphic and live gaming bugs that are quite annoying and still does...some characters shown are only pitch black silhouette, balded characters, bone white skin... Plus... I hope the game could be playable on other devices with the same account (facebook linked, on pc, etc...) in the future... Yeah...maybe my current device has the problem so I would like the option to play on other device...pretty please Well...I do enjoy the game as I love Star Trek...

Star Bugs

This is a nice game but with all the bugs in the game, it would be best to rename it to Star Bugs. Problem logging in, suddenly pink squares appear, label of ships missing, and many other issues.

Purchase not credited

I just purchased a prime damage package in the sales and received an “all purchases set” message but i did not receive any updates in the purchased speed ups or lantinum. What’s worse is that my debit card alrdy reported the transaction was successfull. Scopely team, please look into this, Or send me a refund!
