Awful!!

Don’t ever download this game!! More bugs and glitches than in any other game! The people at scopely can’t code and don’t care anything about players! Oh and since last time I’ve tried to get help you just get that standard answer I just got here. Scopely can’t even fix a simple interface issue. So whatever you do don’t download this game!! So many bugs and glitches it’s impossible to play. Worst developer and support ever!!! They don’t do anything to help out with any issues. Yeah this is the answer you get every time..”our team is looking in to it” and nothing happens. New glitches every single day. A most a year later and the game is even worse. So many bugs it’s ridiculous. And scopely just releases more content instead of actually fix the issues with it. It’s a terrible game as it is now. Just awful! Their programmers have no idea how to code. Game is utterly broken🤮

Pretty good game

The game is good! Do not have to pay of not in a hurry to grow fast!

Maintenance

What was the point with maintenance and updates if the game is even worse than before? I can’t do anything because the game freezes or lags. And now my phone is overheating when I start the game. How incompetent are you people in scoply?

Total disregard of the players

Great game concept but very poorly managed. Game full of bugs and issues, very unprofessional management and everything is built so you end up putting money into it or quit. There is a huge online community online around this game, and lately more and more are quitting because it’s a heavy grind game. If you’re not in for a really long haul, don’t recommend 😉. Typical response. I would never put money into something so unprofessional. Well, not that I have expected an honest answer. These promises are around for almost a year with absolutely no improvement what so ever. The developers add things on top of the non fixed ones. Every maintenance is worse. No wonder so many people quit 😊. Really, why do you even do maintenance if nothing is fixed? This guys are ridiculous 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Advice if thinking about getting game

If you are a Star Trek lover, be advised the developer is about to add non Star Trek related property into the game, which completely renders the point of this being a Star Trek game invalid. It will no longer be pure Star Trek

To much bugg

The game is ok . What is not ok with this game is that they to greedy and don’t give a fck about the problems the game have and they pushing out shi t to buy and events is for the ppl that like to spend money on shi t …so don’t believe on those guys that give the game 5 stars … they are losing players the lag and bugs never stop they don’t know how to fix it
