Lately the quality of service has dropped A LOT!! I order once or twice per day and there is always issues, drivers do not handle food properly, their kitchen forget items, thy don't care about special instructions! This is SO SAD!!!! 😣 And the after sale customer service is horrible! They ignore your messages via the app and also your emails.

The delivery service was bad even though it was not rush hour, but it took at least an hour and a half to two hours to deliver the food. This has happened repeatedly with all our recent orders.

Very good app they give me many choices to pick from and groceries and every day deals

كنت استخدم طلبات يومياً من اول م نزل الابلكيشن ،، لكن ف السنوات الاخيره الموظفين م قامو يشتغلون بذمه وضمير لا من السواقين ولا من خدمه العملاء الي اسلوبهم زفت وحتى ما يعرفون يردون على استفسار الكستمر.. الصراحه صار الوضع اوڤررررر في كل مره نطلب والطلب مبين يوصل من 35 دقيقه لـ 45 لكن ياخذ ساعه كامله ومرات ساعتين وفوق هذا كله بعد م تمر هالساعه توصلك مسج انه اتلغى طلبك ،، وانت ايلس بحسرتك ويوعك 😶 !!! لين متى ي طلبات !!!!!!!!! وضعكم صار يفشل !! بتخسرون عملائكم والسبه إهمالكم 👋👋👋

Bad delivery service!, always late, In the beginning, the delivery time is short, but after the confirmation process, the time changes and becomes much longer, reaching more than an hour

After placing order which shows 40 minutes delivery timming my order was delivered after 2 hours, it supposed to be dinner but because of the long time process of resolving the issue it became midnight snacks! And funny thing after waiting for 2 hours and request a call from the supervisor or manager of talabat agent told me to wait for 60minutes and they will contact me! YOU NEVER FAILED TO DISSAPOINT ME TALABAT! Always late response and resolving the issue and seems dont care about th complaint of customer! You should be strict on your policy with the vendors so this kind of things will never happen!!!!! BE PROFESSIONAL!
