Every time I use this app I cannot see when ny delivery is coming as it gets frozen the screen and cannot see it so I never know how many minutes are left untill delivery comes. You should check and fix this as it has been going on for months already, thanks.

Deliveries will arrive half of the time. Once they get your e-mail address you will be bombarded with their spam mail without any option of unsubscribing. The unsubsribe button will not work. E-mails will be ignored. No concept of privacy or customer care. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all cost.

It's happen that restoran hours are not updated , you make a order and pay with credit card and order is cancelled after 1 hour of waiting and you got return of money on credit card after 1 week if you get at all. Poor customer service.

10th times problem in order No contact number you can fined Sending million off requist If the did some thing wrong they will never answe you . Kind of cheating on other ways . My advice is to deal with other companies . Noon . Careem

I don’t recommend talabat I order and get delivery after 1 hour and 30 mint When i call to deliver he says talabat give 2 customer order to same deliver first he deliver 1st customer then came to delivery 2nd customer and food was cold when reach to me

Talabat’s buggy software makes ordering a hassle. It’s like playing a puzzle game, and the process is never straightforward. I even wasted money on their services in the past, but I stopped ordering altogether. Unfortunately, the issues persist.

You should start adding your voucher as credits and can be used even less than the order amount.

They sent me a faulty power bank and they wont refund me my money!!

They are cheating

The app offer fake discounts and it’s a pure scams not only that if you want to add your card to pay with it they take 1 AED behind your back and never send it back I don’t recommend it, NOON is much better and safer
