Worse experience

Not worth it, therapist would take very long to make progress if any so you renew your subscription. After 1 month no and changing between 3 therapists and no one even diagnosed me. Go to a real dr better

Scam

They scammed me for 350 euros - they basically said i get a 7 days trial and then i didnt get the trial (cause my assigned person was away) I tried to cancel they said I can pause and then withdrew 350 euros from my account without any notice

What a wonderful app! I was lucky to work with Rich Wayne - such a blessing, couldn’t ask for a better therapist. Daily sessions with him changed my life! Once I had a technical problem and the support team were very helpful and quick to respond and resolve the issue. Thank you Talkspace!

Requesting full refund

I’m very disappointed with the outcome! I received very well one to one communication and service before paying, and they answered every concern I had. But than after I purchased none of my requests are being answered promptly and everything went down hill after we choose the counselor and the counselor stated she will be on vacation for a week should I choose to change or wait and freeze my account till she comes back from her long week vacation. I asked to change and would not like to wait. And submitted a request more than once and nothing !!! I sent a complaint and over 24h nothing !!! I’m really frustrated, I expected to find help not more frustration which is the last thing I need !!! I

It is as if you are talking to a wall.

Quite disappointed in the delays, I get a reply after 2 days, and have not received any kind of help at all. I have to repeat the same procedure 2 times to ask for a new therapist, and since 5 days I'm still waiting to be assigned a new therapist.

I got to know myself better and find the answers I was looking for

I was lucky to be matched with Elvira Medus. She listened, understood, and gave me the advise I needed.
