App won’t open

For weeks now I have been unable to open the app, it crashes immediately every time. When are you going to sort this out?!

Statement share/download facility gone!

I’ve just tried to download my new statement and the icon has disappeared so I can’t save it to my file on my phone anymore from the app. I could last month so it must be the new update. Bring it back please! Otherwise, the app is quite good although the verification doesn’t always work first time, I have to close the app and go into it again

Removal of ability to print statement

Why have you removed this very useful piece of functionality.

Can’t print statements

The app was very useful, but losing the ability to print statements means there’s no point having the app as I need to log on to print a copy. Can this be fixed?

Can’t print statements from phone app anymore

Great app, but not possible to print/share statements from the iPhone app anymore. Stopped working since March statement. Very inconvenient.

Unable to print statements like I use to be able to. So app is now pointless and will have to go back to using a computer! Why remove this feature that has always been there??!!!!

Lost functionality

Why can I no longer save statements on my iPhone … the Share Sheet button has disappeared! Also, the ‘Contact Us’ button does not work !
