The update is great, but I kinda miss the old night sky with the mountain . Oh well. Keep up with the good work!
Fancy new update killed the only thing I used the app for, I would open the app start breathing and follow the sound while using other apps. Never had an issue and now I can’t do it. Fix it and back to 5 stars
I use it daily and, in my role as a trauma therapist, I recommend it to all my clients. Simple & powerful.
Stumbled on this when looking for a basic meditation app. I hadn’t heard of resonance breathing. I now rely on it! I have found resonance breathing to be a simple and effective way to calm my mind and body before meditation.
I was hoping to do “box-breathing” with this app, meaning the 4:4 ratio with 4-second pauses added between each inhale and exhale. There are other apps for this, but they aren’t nearly as nice to use on my iPad.
Just diagnosed with « hypervigilance » caused from ptsd as a child. Informed that I breathe shallow and occasionally hold my breath. Apparently I need to learn how to breathe properly. Thought to myself « maybe there’s an app for that » ! Sure enough.
This is a great app but haptic support would make it even better.
I love this app...it’s so simple to use! The sounds and visuals are perfect and it just takes about a minute to figure out how to use the app. Thanks!
