This is a wonderful app. Insightful information, very well put together, and includes a wealth of helpful resources and meditations. I am very impressed - highly recommend.
I have been using the app for about three months now, and I have noticed considerable improvement in my ability to be present and mindful in various circumstances. Doing the lessons and using the tools has also helped me to know strategies to come with sadness, anxiety, and negative thinking loops. I highly recommend it!
I feel incredibly grateful to have found this app. So far, I've finished 5 modules and I love the information I'm learning and the exercises to use that information right away. There is also a wonderful 3 minute guided breathing practice that is helping me calm in tougher situations, or when I am pressed for time. All in all, this a great investment in yourself. The app is set up very well, has 28 modules to complete, and has loads of other mindfulness based exercises to help you thrive in your life. I'd strongly recommend you try it!!
This is a great app. I have been using it for a year. I learned so much about compassion with myself and others. This app have so many tools for self compassion, yoga, and meditation. I love the affirmations on learning how to tolerate the difficulties. I recommend that for anyone who wants to practice self compassion and compassion.
I have been helped by two Apps, Woebot and OCD.app. Love them both and this is a comination of both. I do love how there is not only an option to Read OR Listen to each lesson, but you have a choice between your wonderful male and femaile voices. I did have an issue with the sound initially but solved it by Enabling Tools. Thanks for this terrific "pocket guru" :D
I’m using the free version for now. Easy journaling capabilities. Grateful prompts. Morning and evening reflections that you can control.
The developers care and stand behind their product. The app itself seems like it’s going to be an amazing addition to my toolbox and I look forward to utilizing it alongside my weekly therapy sessions. Thank you!
Practical skills is what I’ve lacked and this app is extraordinary at introducing skills and properly identifying problems.
Chris Irons did a video event with Action for Happiness and I resonated with his message of practicing a compassionate self. This app is a perfect guide for daily mindfulness. And a wonderful companion to the workbook.
