Terrible idea for a shortcut

Having an upward swipe on the left side of the screen as a shortcut to go back to the previous screen is a terrible idea. I can’t go through an article without going back to the previous screen multiple times.

Urgent fix needed 14.4

Ever since 14.4 was introduced, I have been having basic navigation issues using your app. When I want to scroll down, using my left thumb, the app takes it that I want to swipe left. Please fix this or show me a way to disable this very annoying feature. Please….proper navigation is a fundamental, basic feature that any news app must have. Please fix it asap

Really bad layout after Sep23 update

Really bad UI after the recent app update in Sep23. No way to scroll forward or backwards after reading an article. Previous days newspaper edition no longer available after the day is over. WSJ cannot assume that every reader finishes reading a particular day’s papers within a day every day of the week. Really disappointing.

What have you done!

You had one of the best magazine / new paper apps out there. The new version, even after brining back the print edition, is awful. They layout is worse than the online version and the offline functionality is useless… WHY did you do this “upgrade”

Consumes huge amounts of data

The app consumes so much data that I have had to turn off mobile data for this app to prevent busting my data limit. I only use it on wifi now.
