Great! Except for one thing
I’ve been using Thenx for the better part of 2 years and up till this recent update it’s been fantastic. Now when I’m working out and following the exercises the app will pause my music.

Underrated fitness app
I use this app everyday and it has helped me become so much stronger than I used to be. The programs are organized well, and they keep you on track 👍 it can be challenging at first, but that’s the point right? I love the structure. Also, very versatile depending on your goals and strength level. Would 100% recommend to anyone who’s looming to improve their fitness gains! 💪 HeriaPro App is another good choice if you’re looking for an expansion of this one.
