Making progress very fast
I love this app. Never made so much progress in this short amount of time with muscle strength (about 1 week and a half).
Amazing but...
I looooooove the app so much, I even purchased the pro version so that I can learn new techniques. However it would be nice to see some new techniques added to the app because i’m almost through al of them. I hope you guys read this. Thank you for changing my life.

My number 1 Training companion
Been training for almost 2 years with this as a guideline for my workouts. And I am more then pleased with the results so far. It’s very easy to follow along and all excercises are acompanied with an instruction video. I train in a gym where all equipment is available for me, but almost all workouts are do able at a basic street workout spot and I have started buying the basic stuff so I can lay off my expensive gym subscription and train from home cus I’m not planning to ever stop these workouts!
