Could be much better.
1Loads of bugs
2 main page sometimes confusing
3 if you close the app and didn’t finish your set you loose everything you can’t just start off from where you stopped before
4 there should be more options like a second timer when you start the exercise
5 Some exercises I believe are in wrong places, some very easy suddenly something impossible for me to do.
6Sure asking much but swear I wouldn’t complain about anything if there was a voice command option. Hate taking the phone every exercise

Great app
Exercises and programmes really good and well illustrated. Highly recommend it. 4 stars and not 5 for 2 reasons: not easy to time your sets (e.g. 30secs intervals), timer in app just times session as a whole, so you need an additional timer to do intervals and 2 - If you were an absolute beginner, exercises too challenging even with beginner programme, but easy to modify if you had some experience (e.g. reduce intervals from 30 to 20 secs or do 10 reps instead of 20 and work your way up).
