Edit: False alarm. I yet again recommend you to look elsewhere. Constant server failure. Just updated my review from 1 star. It took 4 months to bring an update, and finally make the app usable again. In addition, the app can now be minimised (to eg search music) without having it reset out of the program you’re following. Now just 2 things need to be fixed: 1) being able to have the screen off without the app resetting current progression. 2) Make notifications work so you don’t have to keep an eye on when the rest timer runs out. This should also be supported with the screen off.

The content, the videos and the workouts are greatly curated. However, the app is quite unstable and buggy. Most significantly, it messes up the state of a workout if the phone screen turns on. I gave up on running workouts with a timer and now just see the exercise from the list view. Once this has been fixed, I will change my review to 5 stars

If using the start button it crash in addition to not keep the screen on... it’s a shame because I pay for it

But it kinda sucks to see the organization of the workouts isn’t in place correctly - and you can see on the comments that they have been like that for years. Shouldn’t take too much work to fix such a small issue!

Appen er blevet super fed og godt designet efter den nye Update, kan helt klart anbefale den. Relevante programmer, aller nevauer og gode tutorials til teknik.

Det er en rigtig fed app, med øvelser til alle niveauer. Specielt efter den nye opdatering er den blevet endnu bedre. Jeg har købt premium, og det har helt sikkert været det værd!
