Downloaded this app, made an account, and within 20 minutes I was notified that I was being followed by another user. Checked to see who it was and it was a spam account with a picture of a naked woman with a link to a porn site.
Obviously this app has little to no moderation and can only expect to get many more spam accounts if I continue to use it.
Good but a bit weird
i am using thenx everyday but the reason that i quit in 2021 was because of the way it ranks begginer to advanced.
One of my favorite bodybuilders had a begginer lesson that had diamond pushups in it. You guys need a new way to make it begginer freindly

Great app, missing some features I would like to see
The programs on this app are amazing and the workouts are sure to make you feel sore the next day. Absolutely amazing.
Although the app is missing a couple quality of life things. I would like to see added:
- the ability to log sets (if I couldn’t do 10 reps, I wanna be able to put 8 for example. Then the next time I do that workout I would be able to see how many reps I did last time)
- when the app is not open (phone is locked or app is tabbed out), the clock does not keep going up, so rest times are incorrect, i would love to see a beep or a notification sound when rest time is over.
None the less, I am really enjoying the challenge of these workouts!
Honestly a dope app for working out.
Loads of free routines if you are on a budget. The paid service I haven’t tried yet. But when I’m fitter and ready for more serious callisthenics definitely will consider
Some of the workouts are killers and many around the 20-30min mark so no excuses
The mini clips showing each exercise make it easy to follow along, check form etc.
Basically super easy UI, great UX and can’t wait to be totally ripped in a few months time.

I honestly can’t rate this higher, I’ve used it for years and you really can track your progress and get so much quality for absolutely nothing - I even wanted to buy the premium if this had it just to support them
App is awesome but better if it could add Apple health data
Hello, the Thenx app is amazing but I would love if you could make it so it could add like amount of active minutes, possibly kjs of calories etc. to the Apple Health app.
