USING THE TIER APP
TIER electric scooters, bikes and mopeds give you the freedom to explore your city and to get where you need to be in a smart, safe, and sustainable way. Simply open the app and rent a ride with a few simple steps.
HOW TO START A TIER E-SCOOTER & GET GOING
• Download the TIER app, sign up, and add your preferred payment method
• Find a TIER scooter near you on the map
• Scan the QR code on the scooter to unlock it and start a ride
• Push the e-scooter forward to flick the kickstand back
• Put one foot on the board and push off with the other
• Push down the throttle to gain speed
• Let go of the throttle or use the brakes to slow down.
• Surf your city and enjoy the ride!
HOW TO END YOUR RIDE
• Find a safe place to park the scooter and flick the kickstand down
• Open the TIER app and tap 'End Ride'
• Get out there and live your best life!

Deres cykler er smadrede og når man klager over det er de ligeglade og siger at nu har de jo allerede trukket dine penge, så det bare sur røv for dig
Stealing money with every single ride..
I’m very sad to write this after 100s of rides taken.. I’ve used the app for years now and what is happening the last months is unacceptable.. The rides always start having a paused ride - so I always pay extra ‘pause fee’. Then locking the bike takes ALWAYS more than a minute, which again results with an extra charged minute. Lastly, so many bikes have defects, the ride never commences, you spend few minutes fighting with the bike - end up returning it, and of course Tier is charging for that. It is impossible to contact customer support, and I’ve literally burned a lot of money.. Very sad.. I miss the Tier from 2y ago..

Elcyklen kan maks køre 15km/t Perfekt til ikke at kunne følge med de andre cyklister der kan køre dobbelt så hurtigt uden et kæmpe batteri på
Perfekt til korte ture rundt i byen
I dag skulle jeg hente en pakke på posthuset. Det var for kort (og umuligt at parkere) at køre bil, men for langt til at gå. Cyklen var perfekt.
