USING THE TIER APP
TIER electric scooters, bikes and mopeds give you the freedom to explore your city and to get where you need to be in a smart, safe, and sustainable way. Simply open the app and rent a ride with a few simple steps.
HOW TO START A TIER E-SCOOTER & GET GOING
• Download the TIER app, sign up, and add your preferred payment method
• Find a TIER scooter near you on the map
• Scan the QR code on the scooter to unlock it and start a ride
• Push the e-scooter forward to flick the kickstand back
• Put one foot on the board and push off with the other
• Push down the throttle to gain speed
• Let go of the throttle or use the brakes to slow down.
• Surf your city and enjoy the ride!
HOW TO END YOUR RIDE
• Find a safe place to park the scooter and flick the kickstand down
• Open the TIER app and tap 'End Ride'
• Get out there and live your best life!

Worst e-transport provider ever but you probably don’t have a choice as your council is just as incompetent in vetting supplier and providing working transportation services. Equipment is trash, app is the most simple, yet completely unreliable app on the store. They block vpns so you cant have privacy and there are sinply not enough spaces to park in the city, meaning you have to abandon the vehicle or sit on the phone or support chat for 30 minutes so you aren't responsible for the equipment not letting you lock it. Whyyyy are there only 6 parking slots near the train station, and 15 spaces in total in Bath city center? Are you stupid or just incompetent? The council is equally complicit in this service being an utter failure, mainly by choosing you. #bringbackVOI

The worse customer experience
Just so bad from so many angles. App crashes, sign up process is excruciating, limits your bike when you’re not in a limited zone, gives you no indication of battery levels prior to sign up and gen doesn’t let you cancel if you don’t have enough charge, all scoots turn off at some random hour. Awful. And on top they run a monopoly. Any council should steer clear of signing a contract with this joke of a company.

App is poor, doesn’t work when trying to get a scooter. Customer service is also poor. Don’t help at all might as well not have them
Pretty. Good bad for parking
Tier is a great for short journeys around the city, my biggest issue is you can never find anywhere to park, they are are either ages away or full which means it is always expensive because you spend so long driving around looking for a space.
Needs improvement
The a bike it to end rides is shockingly poor. If you are running late, you do not want to be having to call customer support to end your ride. If this can be fixed, the app will be way better. Currently the app will continuously reject locations for ending rides, resulting in the scooter charging for non-use.
