Crash à chaque essaye d’arrêter une utilisation
À chaque fois que j’essaye de scanner le qr code pour arrêter une “course”, l’appli crash. J’ai mis 5 min à trouver le chatbot d’aide pour l’arrêter (5 minutes qui mon bien sûr été facturé)

USING THE TIER APP
TIER electric scooters, bikes and mopeds give you the freedom to explore your city and to get where you need to be in a smart, safe, and sustainable way. Simply open the app and rent a ride with a few simple steps.
HOW TO START A TIER E-SCOOTER & GET GOING
• Download the TIER app, sign up, and add your preferred payment method
• Find a TIER scooter near you on the map
• Scan the QR code on the scooter to unlock it and start a ride
• Push the e-scooter forward to flick the kickstand back
• Put one foot on the board and push off with the other
• Push down the throttle to gain speed
• Let go of the throttle or use the brakes to slow down.
• Surf your city and enjoy the ride!
HOW TO END YOUR RIDE
• Find a safe place to park the scooter and flick the kickstand down
• Open the TIER app and tap 'End Ride'
• Get out there and live your best life!

Certain bug sur l’application mais sinon rien à dire à part obligation de la carte d'identité pour les trottinette
Pas efficace et trop cher
On nous annonce des prix qui dépasse toujours. On se stationne à des endroits indiqués par la carte et on passe 5 min à éteindre la course pour au final rater un train ou autre. Inutile

Partage je trouve le concept génial au début des vélos en bas de chez soi puis au fur et à mesure difficile d’en trouver un . Ou alors un en très mauvais état . J’adore le concept , l’abonnement pratique mais si pas assez de vélos je vais l’arrêter car plus de lime à dispo

Stupid location system
Bridage et fin de trajet : a revoir !
Le service fonctionne bien globalement mais pour moi 2 bemols : - le bridage dans certaines zones (comme les ponts) est super dangereux bien au contraire car on se retrouve à aller à peine plus vite qu’un piéton la ou au contraire il faut un minimum de vitesse… aberration - le bouton fin de trajet ne respecte pas les regles d’ux de base: quand on clique l’action doit s’effectuer tout de suite, la il y a un traitement qui fait que le bouton ne fait rien alors que je souhaite bien mettre fin au trajet et ce temps m’est facturé à tord ! Inacceptable pr une app grand public

J’ai vue sur le site que en mai 2 trajet de 20min était offert avec un code j’installe l’appli et je mets le code sa ne marche pas !! Mensonge
